The basis of the game's plot, like the same movie, is based on a legend that when a person dies with a deep sense of anger and resentment is born a curse. Also, what happened when an ordinary housewife Kayak Saeki brutally murdered - was born a very strong curse that will kill all who encounter him.
Once Erica Yamada is facing him, trying to find a dog in an abandoned house. After this, the curse falls on the entire family Yamada, resulting in all members of the family are under threat of death. Now each of them will be faced with a curse on its own and eventually overcome it.
